What people ask us most.

What’s the difference between a Fractional CPO and a consultant?

A consultant analyzes and recommends. A Fractional CPO joins the team, makes product decisions with you and follows them through.

Do we need our own tech team?

That’s the usual setup: the service is product leadership, not development. If you don’t have a tech team, development can be contracted separately, with us or with another team.

How long does the engagement last?

We recommend at least 3 months, because product work needs time to show results. After that we review together whether to continue, adjust the involvement or wrap up.

Does it include development?

No. Software development isn’t included. If you need it, we quote it separately as a custom software project.

How do you work with leadership?

Through regular sessions and responsibilities agreed in advance. People management is only included if explicitly agreed, and the engagement doesn’t imply a formal officer appointment in your company.

Can we start with a product strategy?

Yes. It often makes sense to start with a Product diagnosis or a Product strategy and, if it’s a good fit, continue with a Fractional CPO.
